Students training
Hawassa University initiated a partnership with the partners early in 2020, aiming to enhance student employability and job readiness. Through this collaboration, the university offered a wide range of trainings, including Employability Skills and Job Readiness trainings, soft skills and different specialized courses. Over the five-year period from 2020 to 2024, approximately 8,805 graduating students successfully attended these programs and received certification, demonstrating the partnership's positive impact on student career preparation.

Initially focused on the main campus of Hawassa University, the program was subsequently extended to four additional campuses, demonstrating its growing impact and popularity.
The number of special courses trainees steadily increased, reflecting the growing demand for the program and its effectiveness in preparing graduates for the job market. The program's collaboration with city-based programs further strengthened its impact and relevance to local job markets.
